carrot Smoothie




CARROT SMOOTHIE

SUMMER HEALTHY

  • 1 CUP CARROT (WELL CHOPPED)
  • 1 CUP ORANGE JUICE
  • 1 tbsp ORANGE PEEL (FINELY SHREDDED)
  • 3 ICE CUBES
  1. Cook well chopped carrots in hot boiling water for 20 minutes, and drain it and keep aside for a few minutes until it cools. Take a blender and add Orange juice , shredded orange peel,ice cubes and drained carrot and blend it until it become smooth. And Pour it into a glass.

tomato juice



TOMATO JUICE

  • 7 TOMATO (RIPE AND CHOPPED)
  • 3 tbs[ LEMON/ORANGE JUICE
  • 4 CUBES ICE
  • SUGAR (PER TASTE)
  • SALT (A PINCH)
  1. Clean Tomatoes in a running water and boil it in a hot water and put it in a cold water and peel the skin, and keep it aside. And blend the tomatoes in a blender until it become smooth. And add lemon/orange juice ,sugar ,salt, and mix it well. Serve the juice in a glass, and add ice cubes

MINT KIWI SMOOTHIE



KIWI AND MINT SMOOTHIE

  • 5 KIWI FRUIT (WELL CHOPPED)
  • 1 CUP MINT LEAVES (WELL CHOPPED)
  • HONEY (PER TASTE)
  • 2 CUP YOGURT/DAHI
  1. Take a Blender Jar and add Chopped mint leaves, and blend it until it become paste and add Yogurt / Dahi and Blend it for a while, and now add chopped Kiwi fruits, honey per taste, and blend it for a while. If any pulp is there remove it and pour the juice in a glass jar and keep it in refrigerate for 30 minutes, and serve in a glass.
