MAJJIGA PULUSU/ANDHRA KADHI
- 4 CUPS MAJJIGA /BUTTER MILK
- 2 ONIONS (CUT INTO CUBES)
- 2 BENDAKAYA/LADY FINGER (CHOPPED INTO INCH LENGTH)
- 2 TOMATO (WELL CHOPED INTO CUBES)
- 4 GREEN CHILI (WELL SLICED)
- 1 GRAM FLOUR
- 2 TBSP GHEE
- 1/4 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
- 1/4 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
- 1/4 TSP URAD DAL
- 6 CURRY LEAVES
- 1/4 TSP CHANA DAL
- 3 RED CHILIES
- 3 GARLIC CLOVES
- 1/2 INCH GINGER (WELL CHOPPED)
- 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
Take a Bowl and add Majjiga/butter Milk and add salt and turmeric powder, Gram flour and mix it well and keep it aside.
Now take a pan and add ghee and warmth it on a coffee flame and add Mustard,cumin seeds,chana dal, urad dal,red chili dry ,garlic cloves ,curry leaves and chopped ginger and mix/saute it for few seconds until the seeds splutter.
Now add onion cubes,chopped tomatoes, chopped bendakaya/ladyfinger and sliced green chilies and saute it well cover it with lid and cook it for few minutes and cut the flame. And add majjiga/butter milk and mix it well and transfer the recipe into new bowl.
Now Andhra kadhi / majjiga pulusu is prepared you'll serve with hot rice.
