GODHUMARAVA UPMA/ WHEAT RAVA UPMA
- 1 CUP GODHUMA RAVA /WHEATRAVA
- 1 ONION (WELL CHOPPED)
- 5 GREEN CHILIES (WELL SLICED)
- 1 TOMATO (WELL CHOPPED)
- 3 CUPS WATER
- SALT (PER TASTE)
- 3 Tea Spoon OIL
- 1/4 Tea Spoon MUSTARD SEEDS
- 1/4 Tea Spoon JEERA/CUMIN SEEDS
- 1 Tea Spoon URAD DAL
- 1 Tea Spoon CHANA DAL
- 10 CURRY LEAVES
- 2 Tea Spoon LEMON JUICE
- CORIANDER LEAVES (WELL CHOPPED)
- 6 CASHEW NUT
Now take a small fry pan and add one tea spoon of oil and warmth it on low flame for seconds and add Rawa and fry it well for a short time .
Now in big pan and add oil and warmth it on low flame and add mustard, cumin, urad dal , chanadal , red chilies and fry it well until seeds splutter.
Now add well chopped onions and sliced green chilies and fry it well on low flame until onion become light brownish color.
Now add well chopped tomatoes and blend it well and cook it for couple of minutes and add salt and pour some water and boil it for few minutes.
Now add Rawa slowly little by little and stir it well for couple of minutes on low flame and cook it for few minutes until the water abosorbed and upma become softer.
Before switch of the flame add two tea spoon of juice and mix it well .
Finally transfer the recipe into other boil and garnish with well chopped coriander leaves and Cashew nuts.
