PESARA VADIYALU POLU POSI CURRY

  • 1 CUP PESARA VODIYALU
  • 2 ONION (WELL CHOPPED)
  • 5 GREEN CHILIES (WELL CHOPPED)
  • 1 CUP MILK
  • 1 Tea Spoon RED CHILLY POWDER
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon TURMERIC POWDER
  • 3 Tea Spoon OIL
  • SALT (PER TASTE)
  1. Take onions and chop it well along side green chilies and keep it aside

    Now take a pan and add oil and warmth it on a coffee flameand fry pesara vodiyalu until they become brown colour and transfer it to a different plate.

    In a same pan add oil and add chopped onions and green chilies and saute it for a short time and add fried vodiyalu and blend it well for a short time and add small cup of water , salt , red chilli powder and turmeric powder and canopy the pan and cook for five to six minutes on a coffee flame until they become soft

    Now remove the duvet and add milk and canopy the pan and cook on low flame a short time and switch of the flame.

    Serve the recipe with hot rice.
