GORUCHIKKUDU TOMATO CURRY/CLUSTER BEANS TOMATO CURRY
- 1 KG GORUCHUKKUDU/CLUSTER BEANS
- 2 TOMATO (WELL CHOPPED)
- 2 ONION (WELL CHOPPED)
- 3 GREEN CHILIES (WELL SLICED)
- 1/2 Tea Spoon GARAM MASALA POWDER (OPTIIONAL)
- SALT (PER TASTE)
- 1/4 Tea Spoon TURMERIC POWDER
- 1 tbsp RED CHILLY POWDER
- CORIANDER LEAVES (WELL CHOPPED)
- 2 tbsp OIL
- 1/4 Table Spoon MUSTARD SEEDS
- 1/4 Table Spoon JEERA/CUMIN SEEDS
- 8 CURRY LEAVES
- 3 RED CHILLI
- 3 GARLIC CLOVE
Wash Goruchukkudu/Cluster beans in water of bowl and dig small pieces /medium size and boil them well and keep aside.
Take Onions and green chilies and chop finely and keep it aside
Wash Tomato and chop it well and keep aside.
Now take a Pan and add oil and warmth it on low flame and add Red chilies ,Mustard seeds,cumin seeds and curry leaves ,garlic cloves crushed and fry it well for few seconds until seeds splutter.
Now add well chopped onions and green chilies and saute till well until onions become light brownish color.
Add turmeric powder and tomato and blend it and saute it for a short time and add red chilli powder and cook it for couple of minutes.
Now add boiled Goruchukkudu/cluster beans and salt and blend it for few seconds and cook it for few minutes and add a cup of water and canopy it and cook well on medium flame until the beans are cooked softly.
Now add garam masala (optional) powder and blend it well on a coffee flame for 2minutes and switch of the flame.
Transfer the recipe into fresh bowl and garnish with well chopped coriander leaves and serve the recipe with Rice/chapati.
