CAULIFLOWER TOMATO CURRY
- 1 BIG CAULIFLOWER (WELL CHOPPED)
- 2 ONION (WELL CHOPPED)
- 2 BIG TOMATO (WELL CHOPPED)
- 1/4 CUP GREAN PEAS ( YOUR CHOICE)
- 5 GREEN CHILIES (WELL SLICED)
- SALT (PER TASTE)
- 1 Tea Spoon GARAM MASALA POWDER
- CORIANDER LEAVES (WELL CHOPPED)
- 1 Tea Spoon JEERA/CUMIN SEEDS
- 1 Tea Spoon MUSTARD SEEDS
- 1 Tea Spoon URAD DAL
- 2 RED CHILLI
- 6 CURRY LEAVES
- 2 tbsp OIL
Take Cauliflower and wash it properly in running water for 2or 3 times and chop or (cut into florets) and again wash it and keep aside.
Now take Onions and chop it well and slice green chillies and keep it aside
Now take Tomato and chop it well.
Now take a Pan and add oil and warmth it well on low flame for a short time and add red chilli,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal and curry leaves and await a short time for splutter and stir it for few seconds.
Now add well chopped onions and green chilies ,green peas(your choice)and saute it for few seconds until onions become light brownish.Now add ginger garlic paste( your choice),turmeric powder and salt and saute it for couple of minutes.
Now add chopped tomatoes and blend it well and add red chily powder and blend it well and add little water and canopy it and cook for couple of minutes on low flame.
Once you noticed Cauliflower was cooked properly than add garam masala and gently stir it and cook it for few seconds.
Now finally cut the flame and transfer the recipe into a fresh bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Now you'll serve with hot boiled rice or chapati/Roti.
