TOMATO EGG CURRY

  • 4 EGGS (BOIL AND PEEL THE SKIN)
  • 2 ONIONS (WELL CHOPPED)
  • 3 TOMATO (WELL CHOPPED)
  • 1/2 CUP GREEN PEAS
  • 3 GREEN CHILLIES (WELL SLICED)
  • 1 tbsp GARAM MASALA
  • 2 tbsp RED CHILLY POWDER
  • 3 RED CHILLI
  • 1/2 tea spoon TURMERIC POWDER
  • 1 tea spoon MUSTARD SEEDS
  • 1 tea spoon JEERA/CUMIN SEEDS
  • 3 tbsp OIL
  • 5 CURRY LEAVES
  • CORIANDER LEAVES (WELL CHOPPED)
  • SALT (PER TASTE)
  1. Now Boil the eggs and peel its skin and wash it and keep aside

    Now take a pan and add oil and warmth it on low flame for a short time and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and red chillies , and wait until it splutters and now add curry leaves and stir it for few seconds.

    Add well chopped Onions,green chillies , and green peas and fry it until it becomes brown colour and add turmeric powder and stir it for few seconds and add well chopped tomatoes and stir it for few seconds and add red chilli powder and salt per taste and pour some water and canopy it and cook it for couple of minutes.

    Finally add Garam masala and stir it for few seconds and add boiled eggs and cook it for few seconds and transfer the recipe during a bowl and garnish it with well chopped coriander leaves.

    Now you'll serve the recipe with hot Rice or Chapathi/Pulka.
