- 1/2 KG CARROT
- 1/2 LT MILK
- 7 tbsp WATER
- 4 tbsp GHEE
- 1 1/2 tbsp RAISINS/KISHMISH
- 4 ALMONDS (WELL CHOPPED)
- 6 PISTACHIOS/ PISTHA
- 5 CASHEW NUT
- 1/4 KG SUGAR
- 1/2 tbsp CARDAMOM/ILAAICHEE
Take the Carrots and wash during a running water and now remove the skin and grate it well.
Soak the raisins/kishmish within the water for twenty minutes.
Take some water and boil it for couple of minutes on a coffee flame and add well grated carrots and cook it for 10 minutes.
Now add the milk and cook on a coffee flame for 50 minutes stirring it and now add sugar and blend it well and cook it until the sugar dissolved and all the milk has been absorbed.
Now add ghee and cook on low flame for five minutes and add crushed cardamoms and therefore the raisins/kishmish and blend it well .
Now transfer the recipe into a serving plate or dish and garnish well with almonds,cashew nuts and pisthas.
