VEGETABLE FRIED RICE

  • 1 CUP RICE (BASMATI OR ANY OTHER)
  • 1 CARROT (WELL CHOPPED)
  • 2 tbsp GREEN PEAS
  • 5 tbsp GREEN BEANS (WELL CHOPPED)
  • 1 CUP CABBAGE (WELL CHOPPED)
  • 7 SPRING ONIONS (WELL CHOPPED)
  • 3 GREEN CHILIES (WELL CHOPPED)
  • 1 tbsp GINGER (WELL CHOPPED)
  • 1 tbsp GARLIC (WELL CHOPPED)
  • SOYA SAUCE (PER TASTE)
  • VINEGER (TO TASTE)
  • BLACK PEPPER (TO TASTE)
  • SALT (TO TASTE)
  • SUGAR (CHOICE) (TO TASTE)
  • 3 tbsp OIL
  1. Take a basmati or the other rice a cup and wash it properly for few times during a bowl off water and cook it during a autoclave or electric cooker and keep it aside

    Now take a pan and add oil and warmth it on a coffee flame for few seconds and add well chopped garlic, ginger,spring onions and green chillies and blend /toss well for jiffy and add chopped vegetables and and mix it well and cook it for jiffy on a medium flame till tender.

    Now add soya sause , vinegar, sugar , salt and pepper and blend / toss it well for few seconds.

    Now add add cooked rice and blend / toss it well for few seconds and eventually add some extra pepper powder ,spring onion greens and mix/ toss it well and serve it during a plate.
