- 1/2 KG FRENCH BEANS
- 1 BIG ONION (WELL CHOPPED)
- SALT (PER TASTE)
- 5 CURRY LEAVES
- 1/2 tbsp MUSTARD SEEDS
- 1/2 tbsp JEERA/CUMIN SEEDS
- 1/4 tbsp TURMERIC POWDER
- 3 tbsp RED CHILLY POWDER
- 4 GREEN CHILIES (WELL SLICED)
- 3 tbsp OIL
- CORIANDER LEAVES (WELL CHOPPED)
- 1/4 tbsp GARAM MASALA POWDER (YOUR CHOICE)
- 1/2 tbsp COCONUT POWDER (YOUR CHOICE)
Wash French beans during a running water and chop it finely again wash during a bowl of water.
Now take onion and chop it well and slice green chillies and keep aside.
Now take a pan add oil and warmth it on a coffee flame and add Mustard seeds, cumin/jeera seeds and curry leaves and stir it for a short time until the seeds splutter.
Now add well chopped onions and sliced green chillies and stir it until onions become light brownish and now add well chopped beans,Turmeric powder,red chilly powder , salt and blend it well and keep covered for quarter-hour and blend it well until beans become soft and tender.
Finally after cooked add if required ( masala) or ( coconut powder) and garnish with coriander leaves and serve the recipe with Rice.
