POTATO CURRY

  • 1 POTATO BIG SIZE (BOILED AND WELL CUP INTO SMALL PIECES)
  • 1 ONION BIG SIZE (WELL SLICED)
  • 4 GREEN CHILIES (WELL SLICED)
  • 2 tbsp BESAN
  • 5 CURRY LEAVES
  • 1/4 tbsp MUSTARD SEEDS
  • 1/4 tbsp JEERA/CUMIN SEEDS
  • 1 tbsp RED CHILLY POWDER
  • 1/2 tbsp TURMERIC POWDER
  • 1/4 tbsp GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE
  • SALT (PER TASTE)
  • 3 tbsp OIL
  • 3 tbsp CORIANDER LEAVES (WELL CHOPPED)
  1. Wash Potato , Onion and Green chilli on a running water and now boil the potato and dig pieces and mash it, take onion and slice it well along side green chillies and keep it aside.

    Now take a half cup of water mix the besan and blend it and keep aside.

    Now take a pan and add oil and warmth it for a short time and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,curry leaves and red chillies and saute it well for few seconds.

    Now add sliced onions , green chilies and and saute it until onion become light brownish and add garlic and ginger paste and saute it and let it cook for a short time and now add turmeric powder , salt , red chilli powder and mashed boiled potato and blend it well.

    Now pour the water and blend it well and cook it for jiffy until the gravy turns mushy and now add besan water and blend it well.

    Now cover it with a plate and cook the recipe until the gravy turns thick and now close up the flame.

    Finally Garnish the recipe with well chopped coriander leaves

  • 2 CUPS WHEAT FLOUR
  • OIL (FOR DEEP FRY)
  • SALT (PER TASTE)
  • WATER
  1. Take an enormous bowl and add flour , add salt and oil and blend it and rub it into the ground and add needed water slowly and to stiff dough and keep it aside it for twenty minutes.

    Now make the dough into balls and roll it and make it shape( you'll use poori maker).

    Now drop the poories into the oil and and flip and cook it (press on top till puffy) and now serve it with potato recipe.
