METHI ROTI/ CHAPATHI

  • 2 CUPS WHEAT FLOUR
  • 1 CUP METHI LEAVES
  • 1 tbsp RED CHILLY POWDER
  • 1/2 tbsp TURMERIC POWDER
  • SALT (PER TASTE)
  • BUTTER/GHEE/OIL
  1. Take a flour during a bowl.

    Wash and clean Methi leaves during a running water and chopit finely.

    Now add chop methi leaves ,salt , turmeric powder , redchilli powder in flour during a bowl and blend it well adding enough watermixing it well it become soft and straightforward and make small size ballswith hand to form roti and keep it aside.

    And take the Tawa and warmth it for a short time and mediumflame.

    Now take the balls and make it shape or triangle shape rotisand place on the Tawa and let it cook for seconds until bubbles start and addghee or butter each side of roti during a low flame until it become brown.

    Now serve the roti in plate and take it with tomato sause orthe other recipe.
