  • 2 CUPS WHEATFLOUR/MAIDA
  • 1/2 CUP RICE FLOUR
  • SALT (PER TASTE)
  • 1/2 tbsp BAKINGSODA/COOKING SODA
  • WATER (AS REQUIRED)
  • 1/2 tbsp JEERA/CUMIN
  • 2 ONION (WELL CHOPPED)
  • 3 GREEN CHILLI (WELL CHOPPED)
  • 1/4 tbsp GINGER (WELLCHOPPED/ GRATED)
  • 1 tbsp CORIANDER LEAVES (WELL CHOPPED)
  • OIL (AS NEED FOR DEEP FRY)
  • 1/2 CUP CURD
  1. TAKE A BOWL AND ADD RICE FLOUR MAIDA/ flour ,SODA, SALT ANDJEERA and blend IT WELL

    AND NOW MIX CHOPPED ONIONS ,GREEN CHILLI ,CORRIANDER LEAVES,GINGER AND ADD CURD AND NEEDED WATER

    MIX IT WELL THE BATTER THICK AND KEEP THE BATTER BOWL ASIDEFOR jiffy

    NOW TAKE A DEEP FRY PAN AND POUR NEEDED OIL and warmth ITFOR a short time .

    AND TAKE BATTER shape AND AND DROP THEM IN HEAT OIL

    AND COOK IT during a MEDIUM FLAME AND FRY IT within the OILUNTIL IT BECOMES GOLDEN AND BROWN COLOUR

    SERVE IT during a PLATE WITH CHUTNEY .
