KIWI AND MINT SMOOTHIE
- 5 KIWI FRUIT (WELL CHOPPED)
- 1 CUP MINT LEAVES (WELL CHOPPED)
- HONEY (PER TASTE)
- 2 CUP YOGURT/DAHI
Take a Blender Jar and add Chopped mint leaves, and blend it until it become paste and add Yogurt / Dahi and Blend it for a while, and now add chopped Kiwi fruits, honey per taste, and blend it for a while. If any pulp is there remove it and pour the juice in a glass jar and keep it in refrigerate for 30 minutes, and serve in a glass.
