SPROUTS SALAD


A simple and healthy, weight loss, full of nutrition values we can have it as a breakfast, recipe contains with high fiber and vitamins. Preparation a very simple and fast. Why hesitate start in seconds.

SPROUTS SALAD

  • 1/2 CUP SPROUTS (CLEANED (soak them for 6 hours))
  • 2 tbsp ONION (well chopped)
  • 1/4 cup CUCUMBER (well chopped)
  • 1 TOMATO (well chopped)
  • 1 CARROT (well chopped)
  • 20 PEANUTS (boiled)
  • 20 green peas (well cleaned)
  • 3 green chilli
  • 3 tbsp CORIANDER LEAVES (well chopped)
  • 3 tbsp MINT LEAVES (well chopped)
  • 3 tbsp TULSI / BASIL LEAVES (well chopped)
  • salt (as per required)
  • 2 tbsp LEMON JUICE
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tbsp chat masala
  • 1/2 cup fresh corn (boiled)
  • 1/4 tbsp ginger (well grated)
  1. Take a boil and Add soaked sprouts, boiled corn, Onion, cucumber,tomato,carrot, peanut , green peas , coriander leaves, mint,basil leaves, and add lemon juice,salt,chat masala and ginger and mix them all with Olive oils and serves the salad into a plate and decor with the green chilli.
