PALAK PANEER

Hey good day You know I am a big fan of Palak Paneer recipe. You can have this Dish with combination with Parata, Jeera Rice and Vegetable Palav. This North Indian Dish was cooked with Spinach and Paneer. You can say it’s a healthy Recipe. I used to cook this recipe once a week. So Lets start.

PALAK PANEER

HEALTHY NORTH INDIAN DISH

  • 120 GRAMS PALAK (WELL CHOPPED)
  • 100 GRAMS PANEER
  • 3 tbsp OIL or BUTTER
  • 4 GREEN CHILIES
  • 1 BIG SIZE ONION (PASTE)
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 TOMATO SMALL (WELL CHOPPED)
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 elaichi
  • 2 CLOVES
  • small piese CHINNMON
  • 1/2 tbsp KASURI METHI
  • 1/4 TSPN CUMIN
  1. TAKE A BIG
    POT OF WATER AND ADD PALAK WELL CHOPPED AND RINSE THEM WELL AND DRAIN IT.

     TAKE A PAN OR BOWL WITH OIL TWO OR 3 TABLE
    SPOONS HEAT IT AND ADD GREEN Chilies Well Chopped OR AS IT IS Alongwith PALAK
    LEAVES AND MIX IT WELL FOR A WHILE AND BLEND IT IN BLENDER UNTIL IT BECOMES
    SOFT AND SMOOTH.

    IN ANOTHER PAN ADD ONE SPOON OIL OR BUTTER AND FRY CINNAMON,CARDAMOMS, And CLOVES, CUMIN
    FOR A WHILE. NOW ADD ONION WELL CHOPPED AND GARLIC PASTE AND FRY IT UNTIL IT
    BECOME LIGHT BROWN AND ADD TOMATO WELL CHOPPED AND FRY IT AND ADD GARAM MASALA
    WITH KASURI METHI AND POUR SOME WATER HALF CUP IS ENOUGH , ADD Puréed PALAK
    PASTE AND COOK IT IN A LOW FLAME, And MIX IT WELL AND COOK IT Least FOR 5
    MINUTES . WHILE SERVING THE DISH ADD TWO TABLE Spoons CREAM.
