AAM PANNA A SUMMER HEALTHY DRINK
- 3 MANGO'S (RAW)
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- BLACK SALT (AS PER REQUIRED)
- 3 tbsp MINT LEAVES
- 3 tbsp TULSI / BASIL LEAVES
- 1 tbsp cumin /jeera powder (roasted)
- FRESH WATER
- ICE cubes
Take a pressure cooker and boil the raw mangoes until the pulp gets spongy and keep it aside and let them cool and remove the skin properly with seed. Take a blender and add the mango pulp with two cups of water, 4 or 5 table spoon sugar,little black salt,cumin powder, mint and basin leaves and blend it for a few minutes and add some more water and blend it again for a while and remove the pulp and add some more water (if you required) and pour into glass add ice cubes.
