CHINAMON /DALCHIN WATER
FOR WEIGHT LOSS
- 1 1/2 GLASS FRESH WATER
- 2 SMALL SIZE CHINAMON/DALCHIN
- 1 1/2 tbsp Honey
Take a bowl and add freshwater with Cinnamon sticks and boil it in a low flame for 15 minutes, and switch of the flame after water gets brownish red.
