CHINAMON /DALCHIN WATER

FOR WEIGHT LOSS

  • 1 1/2 GLASS FRESH WATER
  • 2 SMALL SIZE CHINAMON/DALCHIN
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Honey
  1. Take a bowl and add freshwater with Cinnamon sticks and boil it in a low flame for 15 minutes, and switch of the flame after water gets brownish red. And remove the pulp and add the Cinnamon water in a cup or glass and cool down for a while and add honey. Drink it daily morning with an empty stomach.
