KASHAYAM FOR COLD AND FEWER

  • 4 CUPS WATER
  • 3 1/2 tbsp GINGER (WELL GRATED)
  • 1 tbsp CUMIN
  • 2 CLOVES
  • 1 tbsp BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 tbsp TURMERIC POWDER
  • 1 tbsp RAISINS
  • 10 BASIL LEAVES (WELL CLEANED)
  • 4 NEEM LEAVES (WELL CLEANED)

    Take a bowl and add 4 cups of water and add
    Cinnamon,grated ginger,pepper,cumin and bowl it for a few minutes and add
    turmeric powder,raisins and cleaned fresh Neem leaves , Tulasi /basil leaves
    and bowl it for 10 minutes in a low flame and remove the pulp and pour kashayam
    in a cup or glass.
