ANDHRA SYLE IDLY RECIPE
SOUTH INDIAN FAMOUS AND HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPE
- 1 CUP URAD DAL
- 3 CUPS IDLI RAWA
- SALT (FOR TASTE)
- 1 tbsp SODA (IF REQUIRED )
Take one cup Urad Dal in a bowl, and clean it in the water and take away the water and add one litre water, and take another bowl and add three cups of Idli Rawa and clean it and add some water and soak both for five to six hours.
Take soaked urad dal without water into Mixer Jar some water and blend them in the Mixer until it become very smooth. And take soaked idli rawa from the bowl without water and tiny water and grind it until it become softer.
Remove it from the Jar and take it in another bowl and add required salt (if required add 1 tbsp soda) and mix with hand and keep in the bowl.
After few hours Take a pressure cooker or electric cooker , and two and half cups of water in the cooker, and take idli stand and grease it with oil or ghee and pour the batter in idli plates and put it in the cooker and cook it for quarter-hour .
After quarter-hour remove the idlis with spoon in a serving plate with a cup of a sambar and coconut chetney.
